PRODUCTS USED IN CRANES
Gear Box
We manufacture Hoist Gear Box that has specially treated gears for high wear resistance. Each Geared Shaft assembly is supported on ball bearings, to ensure smooth, low-friction operation. The gear trains are grease lubricated. Also oil immersed Gear Box can be provided on request.
Gear/Pinion
We manufacture Forged, duly hardened and tempered to 260-280 BHN gears and pinions. Tooth modifications system in gearing is used to improve service life of pinions. The gears are generated with highest accuracy on hobbing machine. The material for the pinion and gear wheel are made to meet the individual load conditions. The selection is made of module, tooth profile, and material is made in conformity with speeds, ratio, and load conditions to give maximum tooth contact and overlap, thus ensuring most favorable meshing and soundless running.
Wheels
We manufacture Forged, duly hardened and tempered to 280-300 BHN wheels of various dyes and rail sizes. The material for the wheels is made to meet the individual load conditions. The wheels are tested for smooth running and accuracy with the rail size.
Sprockets / Chains
We source various sizes of sprockets and inner and outer chains for pulleys, rollers, etc.
Shafts
We manufacture shafts that are of heat-treated alloy steel material and are finished to high precision tolerance by grinding. We also do slotting for the shafts.
Pins/Axles
We manufacture pins/axles of various sizes that are of heat-treated alloy steel material and are finished to high precision tolerance by grinding. We also do slotting for the pins.
Spacers
We manufacture various sizes of spacers using the material as per the client's requirements. Our sizes of the spacers are of the highest accuracy and measured by a micrometer.
Steel Pipes/Nipples
We manufacture pipes/nipples as per the client's requirements. All fittings and nipples conform to specified test standards and are manufactured with superior quality.
HT Nuts & Bolts, Bushes, Air Bolts
We source various kinds and sizes of HT nuts, bolts, bushes, etc. We also customize air bolts of various qualities.
Hooks
We have an alliance with with leading manufacturer to manufacture hooks as per the requirement. Hooks are equipped with a heavy spring safety latch.
Geared/Rigid/Motor Couplings
We manufacture various couplings such as Spider & Snap Wrap Jaw Couplings, Hy Flex - Tyre Flex Jaw Couplings, Gear-Flex Couplings, Jaw-Flex Couplings, B-Flex/ Cone-Flex Couplings, Flange/Spacer Couplings, Disc-O-Flex / D-Flex Couplings. We also provide the ‘O-rings' and standard bore for the gear bushes.
Bearing/End Cover
We manufacture various types of covers for bearings, pulleys, gearboxes, etc. Sizes are as per the client's requirement.
Bearing Housing
We shape various kinds of bearing housing for idle and drive wheels.
Pulleys
We manufacture various sizes of pulleys as per the clients needs. Sizes vary from 180 Dia upto 1000 Dia.
Brake Drums
We manufacture Fail-safe type brake mounted externally on the rear end of the hoisting motor ensuring easily accessibility. They go through proper testing and heat treatment for resistance and accuracy.
Buffers
We manufacture Buffers for various machines to limit their travel and absorb the impact.
Paint/ Red oxide/ Primer
We source anti-corrosive primer, red oxide and finish paint to protect the surface of all engineering items.
Oil indicators
We manufacture oil indicators for measuring oil in various mechanical gear boxes.
Lubrication
We source gear, brake, and cutting oil for normal splash lubrication. We also provide an oil level indicator located in the housing is to ensure a proper amount of lubricant in the housing .
Wire Rope
We have an alliance with Esoofali Esmailji Karachiwala & Co to supply wire ropes of various different sizes and length. The hoisting rope shall be of proper design and construction for hoist service
Trolley
We manufacture Push -pull, Hand geared or motorized trolleys of adjustable type & fitted with Ball Bearings. They are made to suit recommended size of Beams.
Bearings
We source Ball Bearings of reputed make i.e. SKF/ZKL or equivalent are used on all rotating parts. Heavy-duty bearings selected, so that rated life of bearings is more than 9000 hrs.
Hook Block
We fabricate Hook Block/ Pulley Block guards that are tested to 150 % of full load before assembly. The rope sheaves are fully guarded with protective steel casting.
Base Frame (Gear Boxes)
We fabricate various types of vertical, horizontal gearboxes as per the customers needs. The gearboxes are duly heat-treated and stress relieved.
Rope Drum
We fabricate various sizes of Rope drums, machine grooved to a minimum depth of 0.375 times the rope diameter. Drum is supported at each end by sealed antifriction bearings and driven by a central, splinted shaft. Rope Drum is manufactured from seamless pipe machined and grooved on working surface.
